BUILD - Gym Programme
This program is designed for regular gym goers looking to build on strength and increase muscle. Your already training in the gym, using weights but have no real solid structure or programme in place.
The programme is a mix of Strength and Hypertrophy spread over 4-5 days depending on how many sessions your able to fit in. This is a progressive programme that will see you building week on week.
With a focus on foundational movements essential for everyday functionality, you'll gradually build strength and stamina, helping you feel stronger and move with more ease in daily life.
Who is this programme for?
Intermediate/ Advance level already going to the gym regularly.

Barbell / Heavy dumbbells / Bench
How long does the programme last?
This programme builds over a 9 week period. Consistency is key here to get maximum results!
